Delete Your Account
BidBaazaar — account & data deletion
You can ask us to permanently delete your BidBaazaar account and the personal data linked to it.
Option 1 — In the app
- Open the BidBaazaar app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Option 2 — By email
Send an email to hello@bidbaazaar.app from your registered email address, with the subject "Delete my BidBaazaar account", and include your registered name and email or phone number.
We verify the request and complete it within 30 days, and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Profile (name, email, phone, photo), saved addresses, wishlist, bids history, reviews and messages.
- Notification tokens and device data.
- Seller accounts: shop profile, listings, reels and uploaded documents.
What we may keep
- Order, payment and invoice records, kept for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law, and to handle disputes or fraud. These are kept securely and not used for anything else.
- Anonymised data that cannot identify you.
Before you delete
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Use or withdraw any wallet balance first; it is forfeited on deletion.
- Pending orders, returns or payouts should be completed first.
