By creating an account or using BidBaazaar, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• Give accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or block accounts that break these terms or harm other users.

Bidding and buying

• A bid is a binding offer to buy. The highest valid bid when an auction ends wins, subject to any reserve price set by the seller.
• Bids cannot be withdrawn once placed. Sellers may not bid on their own auctions.
• Winners must complete payment for the won item. Repeated non-payment may lead to account restrictions.
• Item details are provided by sellers; check descriptions and photos carefully before bidding.

Payments and wallet

• Payment is by BidBaazaar Wallet or Cash on Delivery where offered.
• Wallet balance is for purchases on BidBaazaar and is not a bank account. Refunds for approved returns are credited to the wallet.
• BidBaazaar keeps a platform commission on each paid order, and pays sellers' earnings to their verified bank account on request.

Delivery and returns

• Sellers are responsible for shipping orders promptly and as described.
• If an item is not as described, damaged or not delivered, you can raise a return or support request in the app within the return window shown for the order. Approved returns are refunded.

Selling

• Seller applications are reviewed and approved by the BidBaazaar team before listing, going live or posting reels.
• Describe items honestly, including condition and flaws. Once an auction has a bid, its price, increment and timing cannot be changed.
• Prohibited: illegal, counterfeit, stolen or dangerous items, and anything that infringes others' rights.

Acceptable use

• No fraud, shill bidding, harassment, hate speech, adult or unlawful content in listings, reels, live streams or chats.
• No attempts to hack, scrape, disrupt or misuse the service.
• We may remove content and take action against violations.

Content you post

You keep ownership of content you upload, and give BidBaazaar a licence to display it in the app and website to operate and promote the service. You confirm you have the rights to what you post.

Liability

BidBaazaar is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for sellers' items or for indirect losses, and the service is provided "as is". Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Termination

You may stop using BidBaazaar and delete your account at any time (see Delete Account). Pending orders and obligations continue until completed.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
